On Monday 7th November Jayne Griffiths, David Ramplee, Wayne James and Rhydian Rees visited school to talk about their professions in sport and health. Jayne Griffiths organises flower arranging classes for people as a way of supporting their mental health. David Ramplee is Wales' strongest man and he talked to the children about how he keeps healthy through training and diet. Wayne and Rhydian brought their bikes into school to show the children how to keep safe when taking part in extreme sports.
